Vilitch doesn't show up in recruitment pool after forced confederation by Archaon

Worked for the other LL's, but Vilitch doesn't appear in the recruitment pool. He showed up in the lords and heroes tab in the top right, and I got a notification he was ready for duty, but he's nowhere to be found. I also didn't see him for ages before beating his faction, leading me to believe the bug started earlier.

He showed up some 6-7 turns later, so resolved I guess. Still a bug, so I'll leave it up, but at least it's fixed in my campaign.
