Mod Limit (unintenional)

So, my Problem is that there is a Mod Limit that rn is at 166. I tried many things. And the Answer with "Your Hardware is the reason" Can not be cause I played it before with 280 Mods and it run smoothly.
Now after the Patch. After I went over 166 Mods 00my game wont even load up. The funny thing now is that some others on various Discords (The Modding Den) (The offical Total War Discord) told me that their limit just disappeird just like that And others said it is still there. Mine is still there. My Question is now. Is it some other thing or what is happening.
As a short Disclaimer I am a complete Noob when it comes to techinal stuff and dont want to play around with files. In case I do something wrong. But its been 15 days now. And I still cant play with all my Mods. So please I need some help.
