In ProgressVassal Bug/Error in Campaigns.

I was playing the new TWW3 Chaos Realms Campaign ( I don't know if this is also the case for the Immortal Empires Campaign but it probably is. )

When a Neutral, Friendly or faction you have a military alliance with has a Vassal and you ask the faction to join war against a faction the Vassal of that faction does not join the war, which will result in poor gameplay.

When i have a Vassel it does join the war.
When i make a Vassal out of a faction that also has a Vassal, that Vassal also joins war against my enemies.

So please fix the first scenario.
