wrong video memory

I have RTX 3080 Ti graphic card. This card has only version of 12gb memory (not 3gb or 4 gb).
Only one game - TW Attila, in graphic options shows 3080 Ti and 3072 mb . It's impossible.
Other games shows corectly 12gb. My previous card has 3gb.

It's because Attila is a 32bit game and can only access around 3GBs of memory even though you have much more. https://www.guru99.com/32-bit-vs-64-bit-operating-systems.html

Because the game can't see or use any more than that.
