When you put 1 poit into this skill, you can summon eagle for 14 WoM. If you put two points nothing changes, you can still summon an eagle for 14 WoM.

Also, if you put one point into this skill and hover your mouse over it, it shows scond level of this ability asi it should (which in battle does nothing), but it also shows von Carstein version of this spell.
