Is it because Joan of Arc wasn't a pretty woman? I think if Joan of Arc became the empress of France, probably no one could hurt her.

Why the English didn't persudae Joan of Arc to capituate and serve for England?

Because she wasn't royalty, she was a commoner IIRC.

And England/Aquitaine Empire couldn't convert her as she was in effect a religious national zealot and her people rewarded and punished her for that.
