It has been 7 years and we still have no Bannermen and I think it's high time to have them in the final installment. Now I heard from somewhere that CA said it's hard to create banners but I think this argument is faulty, modders have already made banners mods although due to a glitch, this is no longer the case so another reason CA should make bannermen, also sevravl assets in the game also make it seem much more possible take for example the banners above armies and units, those assets have already been used to make banner modes in total war Warhammer 2 so it is possible. In conclusion, banners would be a great addition to the game and now I leave you with banner art work

    Tbf, they'd have to create animations for each relevant skeleton. On the top of my head that's:
    Human (more than 1?)
    Chaos Warrior
    Zombie
    Skeleton (including Grave Guard? Have TK skeletons their own animations?)
    Orcs
    Goblins
    Elves
    Dwarfs
    Skaven
    Skinks
    Saurus
    Gors (all 3 levels the same?)
    Various cavalry for most of the above
    Centigors(?)
    Bull Centaurs (?)

    Not assuming any for Monstrous infantry btw, just infantry and Cav really.

    Then you need to make assets for every unit or at least groups of units...

    Repanse should get hers at least!

    Yes, they'd have to create those animations, just like the mentioned modders have. That's just the fact. We used to have models with banners in Total War, in fact, almost every other Total War game has them. Neglecting them, and officers, in a WARHAMMER game of all things is just ridiculous.

    The issue here is that in historical titles you needed like 2 sets of animations (infantry and cav) on already existing skeletons and port that to all units. In Warhammer that's rather different. I'm all for it but also know it's no small ask. Imho they could at least start by giving them to new stuff.

    I’d love that to and tbh I’d love musicians and commanders of units also and I’d pay a nice price to see them implemented.
