Campaign Events Not Popping Up

Hello, I've got to around turn 80 of my Brettonia IE campaign and events have stopped popping up. Like Gotrek and Felix appeared on the map but I had no notification for them. Agent success or fail notifications do not occur both friendly or enemy. Ship wreck search's dont appear either.
Worst of all is that fact I havent got the Errantry war from hitting max chivalry... Any help?

Do you have any save files around the time of these events not popping up? Would really help up in investigating, as for the last one you mentioned about Errantry providing the bonus we are aware of this issue and it's already in progress.
