Far right edge pixel bug

Hey, I'm playing on a laptop with a 2560x1440 screen, and my far right pixels are just my background when I'm playing in full screen. I've tried changing resolution, but it doesn't make any difference, and changing to windowed isn't an option, as it leaves me with 1707x960 as my highest availabe resolution. While still playable, it's just kind of annoying having the far right pixels being something else. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! : )
