Known IssueTwilight Spear in Forge of Daith not applying buff to army

The Twilight Spear in the sisters of twilight campaign is not applying the melee attack or missile strength buff to the army, only the character it is equipped to. Have tried restarting the game, ending the turn, and anything i can think of to get it to apply and nothing has worked.
