The game has been running fine since not long after launch, but within the last week every time i try to launch a campaign as the Demons of Slaanesh faction, the game loads to about 40% of the bar and then hard crash to desktop. No error message or anything, instant close.

I have tried a campaign as every race and the others are all fine, I've tried Skirmish battles and the same thing happens whether i play as slaanesh or against them. I've tried demons of chaos and they seem fine until i put any slaanesh units in, in which case the same thing happens.

The strangest part though, is that if I battle Slaanesh in a campaign battle, no issues. Everything loads and all the units look fine.

I added a couple of mods including a faction specific UI mod recently, a bit before the issue started, and have since uninstalled all of them, but the problem persists.
Has this specific an error been encountered before, will i need to do a full reinstall, has my pc perhaps become a bit of a prude recently or those demonic curves are the highest poly models in the game and i need a new CPU?

Any help would be appriciated, thanks.

    Hey @JakAttack95#5791

Have you tried to verifying your files through steam since uninstalling the Mods, to do this - Select the 'Local Files' tab and click the 'Verify Integrity of Game Files' button. - Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

If the problem still persists please upload your DxDiag, mod.log, save file and mini.dmp from after the crash occurs.

You can find out how to upload these here

    Thank you for your patience
