I think we'll get patch notes the same week as release.

I'm hoping for a bunch of balance changes for units and mechanics. Not for any competitive reasons, mind you. I just think they're fun to look through and it's been a long time since the last one.
Also the new RORs. They aren't much, but they do add to the game in a fun way.

I think they will showcase MoM. Patch note will be unveiled just before the DLC release.

They're usually pretty close to actual launch day. So.. probably not, we probably will however see increased adverts in unit highlights and other such things.
