RTW 2 Romans with American language?

I remember installing a mod for RTW 1 with a latin voice pack, it was beautiful and tuned the atmosphere of the game, why such an important feature was not included in the supposedly better version (RTW2)? besides every voice in this game sounds like they been smoking a lot, or trying to perform a heavy metal song... respect the history, ROMANS SPEAKS LATIN NOT AMERICAN ENGLISH ! maybe the funding for this game was not enough for voice actors.
