Crash on next turn

Detailed description:
On clicking the next turn button the game passes the first IA faction, gets stuck on the second IA faction on the list (prbly sure this is not relevant but said faction is Yan Baihu) and proceeds to fully crash my game after a few seconds of being stuck.
Reproduction Steps:
-Just hit next turn button
Details of any solutions that have already been attempted:
-Tried making peace with the faction the game "crashes" on
-Tried fighting a battle just before the end turn
-Tried passing the turn before the after putting the emperor on the throne but to no avail
Didn't manage to find the minidump file anywhere.
