Skill points of saved and loaded heroes don't transfer

So if you save a hero ( haven't checked if it is the same case with saved lords ) that has some levels gained and then load him to another campaign he doesnt have any exp points to spend/invested and yet is still treatet as such.
For example, When I saved 2 heroes both at 4 lvl that one of them had their exp points spent and the other one had still points to spend and then i loaded them into another campaign, their cost was as if they were at 4th lvl, their lvl gain was treated as if they were at 4th lvl but they didn't have their exp points as if they were lvl 1.
