The following confederations should be available to the player dependent on ownership.
Monogod races confederate their respective WoC LL's, eg:
Slaanesh confederate Sigvald and Azazel
Khorne confederate Valkia
Tzeentch confederate Vilitch
Nurgle confederate Festus
The player should be able to collect their god flavoured respective LL's. The AI shouldn't do this.
