NTW is freezing at a bots turn at roundchange on one side while playing online campaign

I am playing the campaign with my girlfriend. It is awesome!
Several campaigns worked good for some months. But since the update the game is starting to freeze at round change and one of us is stuck in the turn of a bot, the other one can play his turn. For the one who is stuck it is still possible to move on the map so its not completely frozen. It usually happens around turn 3 or 4/ 30-40 minutes of playing. It is like at one side a bot decision is made and the game continues and at the other side the bot decision is not made at all and the computer is waiting for the decision being made forever.
If anyone knows something how to end this bug please help me!
