User Info RequiredSurvival Battle wave not starting bug

Cannot progress in the survival battle because the final wave won't start.

When I captured the 3rd point in the survival battle, I had a 1 second screen when the animation would start. But it closes right away and no enemy units start spawning. Here is a picture and a replay showing how nothing spawns for the 3rd wave for half an hour.
