Thanks for raising this up, I'm unable to reproduce this in house, have you played that campaign before? Do you have Tutorial enabled when you play or is it the same if you disable it? Please can you perform a clean reinstall of your graphics driver using DDU & grabbing the latest version from Nvidia's website/Geforce Experience.
All the best, Liam

Yes I have played that campaign before. I believe it was after 3.0 where I could no longer play it, I thought it was due to a corrupted savefile, so I deleted the save file and tried to start over but it still crashes. I'm able to play the other campaigns just fine.
It crashes with or without Tutorial enabled.
I'll try to perform a clean reinstall of my graphics driver with DDU and report back.
The next thing to try would be to follow the page here with further steps to take. Can you please let me know where you're crashing as well on your new save?
All the best, Liam

It crashes right around the end of the loading screen, I don't even get to see the "Continue" button after the loading screen when starting a new game.
Here's something interesting. Another user found a workaround that worked for me:
Apparently if I load any other campaign and then exit to menu, then I'll be able to load the Prologue campaign without crashing.
While this doesn't fix the issue, it's a temporary (albeit annoying) solution to be able to play the prologue.
