total war rome II mouse problem

Hello! I have a problem with the mouse in Total War: Rome 2. When I move the mouse to the edges of the campaign map, it doesn't scroll, and I have to use the keyboard keys. The same issue happens during battles. Do you have any information or suggestions regarding this problem?
