Known IssueDark Elf confederation still gives you 0 loyalty on all new armies after 3.1.0

After downloading the new patch 3.1.0 I played as Naggarond and the first faction I managed to confederate was "Blood Hall Coven" at turn 56. It gave me 2 more armies both with 0 loyalty. So sadly it does not look like the patch is helping with that. Am I just extreamly unlucky or is this the same for everyone?

I didnt have a save from turn 56 but I uploaded another save file from later on in the same campaign. At this point I already confederated another faction and was going for my third. I have good enough standing with both the "Cult of Pleasure" and "Har Ganeth" to get the confederation. With all 3 confederations so far all none Legendary lords still start out with 0 loyalty after being confederated.

Sorry I missed the Mod.log my bad. I did not use any mods though so I don't think it will help.

The same thing happened to me when i confederated Ghrond as Malekith... 0 loyalty on all lords! It is definitely not fixed
