To be fair to CA, and I am not advocating for TT values in this case, but Elven Cavalry was the same speed as Wild Riders and Sisters of the Thorn on table top.

On TT Dragon Princes out ran all human light cavalry too, because their armor and barding didn't slow them down an iota.
