I have tried an Orion campaign and I am still unable to get Ariel once my first forest rebirth is completed.

In the game, Durthu gets Ariel from about turn 20 and if you confederate him, Ariel doesn't have any of her legendary items. It appears that the fix for Ariel has not worked.

I haven't used any mods for the game.

It seems for another thread that sometimes the AI factions can get Ariel impossibly early and if they do you can't. Someone said Durthu got Ariel by turn 20.

As I understand it, there were 2 bugs with Ariel in 3.0.
1. That you couldn't get Ariel even when you completed a forest rebirth (which they fixed); and
2. Other factions would acquire her before you had the chance to complete a forest rebirth. (which they haven't fixed).

I am just surprised they didn't notice it during testing pre-release.

just played a campaign as Orion to try rush the first ritual and spawn her but Durthu got ariel by turn 20 (with no items) XD. damn it is a really really frustrating issue
