Known IssueChromatic Abominations No Cap on recruitment + Vilitch Missing Technology

I started a campaign as Vilitch the Curseling and noticed two bugs in 3.1

Specifically that Vilitich requires a technology called "Boon-maker" to upgrade Pink Horrors into Exalted Pink Horrors but this technology does not exist in his technology tree.

Additionally, the RoR Chromatic Abominations can be recruited multiple times in an army. Every 10 turns the Chromatic Abominations refill and can be recruited even if you already have copies of them even in the same army.
