Perfect Vigor Bugged?

Saw this happen the other day with a video LegendofTotalWar made (the one man Astragoth Ironhand doomstack) and then confirmed it in my own campaign.

It seems there are circumstances where lords/units with the perfect vigor trait bug out - not only NOT receiving the perfect vigor they should, but also incurring a leadership penalty for increasing levels of fatigue.


Has anyone else experienced this?

Perfect vigour could be reworked to also restore vigour (although I believe more debuff from exaustion and different vigour for diferrent factions are also in order)
