The technology is supposed to increase the slave income by 10% but it does not! The slave income of buildings does not change after the technology is researched as can be seen in the pictures.

Thank you for raising we were able to replicate this in house and sent if off for investigation.

0 · Disagree AgreeThe Problem is most likely the "all provinces" tag. I made a bug report for the "Engvin" Follower which also says "all provinces":

All other Income from slaves buffs do not say "all provinces" and they are working!
