Crashing With Unresponsive Monitors

Hi all. Getting a weird issue in Warhammer 3 immortal empires. I'll boot into a game, (I've tried multiple factions and get the same issue) and after a few turns, less than 20, at a random turn, I'll end my turn and my monitors will go black and off saying they aren't getting a signal. I can still hear my computer running. Like YouTube or Spotify, I can still hear but my monitors no longer get a signal, so I have to reboot. On reboot my display resolution in windows is locked to a very low resolution, and when I go into device manager, my 6900XT is disabled. I have to re enable and reinstall/update it's drivers to return to normal. I'm very confused on what this could be. I did a fresh install/clean wipe of windows as well and it is still occurring. If I need to provide additional information, I'm more than happy!

Here are some attached files. I don't have any save games as I read that deleting them could be a fix. I attached preferences, dxdiag, modified log, and the crash reports.
