No Backpack on the sharpshooter skin?!?!

Why is there no backpack for a sharpshooter in a match or whatever the white thing is that the sharpshooter has on his back if you look at their potrait/picture?
Because like I already said, if you are in a match and you have some sharpshooters with you, they do not have any backpack or literally anything on their backs, but if you look at their potrait they have a backpack...
This is so immersion breaking for me, can someone please hear me out and tell me what this is? A bug, or did the developers forget the backpacks entirely or what?
