Note that DDR3 1600 is NOT DDR3 1666. Rounding errors in bandwidth names is typical industry BS, but that is in the "PC" name (most infamously in PC 10666, 10660, or 10600) . Actual Data Rate names (the DDR3 xxxx part) are specific and NOT rounded with the same cavalier attitude since these tend to be JEDEC standards based on the raw chip.
While the 1600 SHOULD work, I would always check the QVL. While most Dimms are frequency-backwards compatible (can downclock) they don't always do so gracefully or automatically, in which case you can have an instant need for a manual overclock (or underclock -depending on which way you decide to lean). Those are a good set of ram sticks, with a standard and probably stable CAS, and I would take them any day. Should they not auto downclock nicely, it shouldn't be any problem for them to go up a mere 66mhz.
