In ProgressDwarf Campaign Game crash start new turn (ONLY 1 SPECIFIC TURN) - MULTIPLE COMPUTERS

First of all, I have gotten through 164 turns on my dwarf campaign with 0 crashes. Suddenly, at the start of my turn (or after all the computers turns have finished starting turn 165) when events would pop up total war stops responding and closes. I have tried this on multiple PC's so I know it's not my computers problem. Being 165 turns in, I've seen almost all event messages and the past few turns have been passing without events happening anyways. However, during the computers turn this time the Greenskin skum finally got wiped out by my dwarf brothers, and this event message (that the greenskins are no more) might be? causing my game to crash. Please help!!!

Loving the game by the way just sad my campaign has been put to a stop by a bug

Edit: With attached necessary files and template. DxDiag isn't an issue because like I said it was affecting multiple computers. I had to compress the error reports into a .rar but as you can see they are all the same size and multiple of the same ones all happening at the start of turn 165.
