Solved[Win10] Desync in the cooperative game.

Good day developers CA! Me and my friend play co-op campaign for Total war: Attila,the Antes and Sklaviny. We will be out of sync on the battlefield. Tell me if you can release a fix for the game if I promote you, I will give the necessary information and send log files error?

-the game cache checked and I have a partner(integrity 100%);
-I have Windows 10.
-partner Windows 8.1;
version of the game Russian both;
-the same Internet provider and connection speed good 50 mb/sec;
-the game Total war Rome 2 desync occurs rarely;
-the game Total war Warhammer desync occurs very rarely!!!(the decision just pressing the button "Attempt to sync the game");

Our PC: GPU is visible in the graphics option correct.
