How to modify the AGENT movement range on the campaign map.

This is specifically for AGENT movement range. I have used PFM and tried many tables in effect or effect to bundle under DB. All of them are for the army movement range. There is one specifically for the agents. in effect to bundle table. But that doesn't work. Please help.

    I modified my army movement range by 300%. for my own game of course, didn't publish. But I cannot embed a hero in my army. Because agent movement range is in the original value. So for eg. An army without an agent can travel halfway from Aldorf to Castle drakenhof in 1 turn after being modified by 300%. But an army with agent can only travel as far as in unmodded vanilla .
