Sea Wreckage Spawns Out-of-Reach Stack

Build Number: v1.5.0 8774.1520175
Issue: Investigating sea wreckage and choosing the upper option "Explore the Island" spawns a stack to fight (as usual) but the stack spawns on an out-of-reach piece of terrain.
Reproduction steps: change Galag's army (foreground) from "Stance: Flank Speed" to "Stance: None", then move Galag's army into the sea wreckage. Choose "Explore the Island"
