Can't get fall of the samurai Encyclopedia/tutorial videos to work.

I have tried the steps outlined here https://forums.totalwar.com/discussion/39898/in-game-tutorial-videos-problems-solution-re-run-secondary-installers and it hasnt worked.
Does anyone have any solutions or ideas of what the problem may be? When I open the page for the video, nothing plays, no error shows up or anything.

    Then open a ticket request through the 'Submit a Request' option in the upper right-hand part of the page if you cannot find in FAQ that is helpful.
