Faction leader wounded - no penalty?

Shouldn't there be a penalty for you when having your faction leader wounded?
Like it does in the previous titles , medieval 2, rome 2 etc.

For a numerous turns there could be a wide public order penalty and for some factions loyalty penalty. For the empire it could be losing fealty or authority.

I mean it cant be that hard to add a few debuff affects while the wound time is in affect? Would make you more careful of throwing your leader into the front line.
