WoC and their LL should get new mechanics

The Warriors of Chaos and its Legendary Lords should have interesting mechanics that would diversify their destructive playstyle

Hunger for Battle: Represents how Chaos Armor and Corruption gives them sustenance through fighting both in the campaign map and during battle

-As long as they are fighting Chaos units regain health, vigor and leadership. This benefit increases when the unit has low health or when it has killed most of the enemy unit

-Winning a battle grants bonus movement range, bonus replenish, lower upkeep, lower recruitment cost, research bonus and temporary immunity to attrition. However, local enemy armies gain bonus movement though not as much as WoC

Random Boons:

-Once a unit has gained enough veterancy/chevrons it gets a permanent random buff

-Chaos Spawn, Forsaken, Chaos Trolls and Chaos Gaints have one random buff every battle

Slavery Mechanic for WoC: Slaves used to purchase things or rites

New WoC Tech-tree:

-The tech-tree is much larger and WoC finishes research projects much faster than any other factiob but players have to choose which projects to finish

-The tech-tree eventually splits up to Seven branches. Completing research in one branch makes it cheaper to buy other ones. Complete a few and you get a bonus from that branch

Mark of Chaos: Archaon's special mechanic

-Archaon has the Mark of Chaos trait from the start which grants him bonus stats (needs to be purchased in multiplayer) and the ability to choose one of several permanent traits from each Chaos God (Six as both Hashit and the Horned Rat have chosen him as their champion as well). These traits can be empowered and have random extra buffs once the specific Chaos God is appeased

-Archaon's armies can 'choose' up to four enemy armies, teleports to one of them and fights them on its own. The WoC Army has buffs during this one battle and gains rewards based on how difficult the battle

Money buys Everything: Sigvald's mechanic

-Sigvald's Armies can spend money and slaves to instantly build things or instantly recruit certain units. Very expensive but it incentivizes aggresive playstyle

Kholek's Stormclouds

-Kholek has a teleportation ability similar to the Wood Elves. Kholek can always travel to the Northernmost or Southmost areas of the map as well as places with Stormclouds which appear on random. Obviously there is a cooldown

-After using Stormcloud teleportation, Kholek's army (or any army part of Kholek's subfaction) gains bonus movement, lower upkeep and battle buffs

Victory Conditions for WoC: Time limits apply

-Destruction or Corruption of either Ulthuan, Albion or Lustria which then results in a Final Battle or Battles. Accomplishing all Three Targets plus achieving Secondary Objectives make the Final Battle more easier

-Archaon's goal is destroying the Empire and High Elves. Sigvald's target is Kislev and the Dwarfs. Kholek's is Tomb Kings, Nagash and/or Greenskins

    It needs so much love. Play literally anything else (except BM) and its instantly obvious that WoC shouldnt even be playable.

    Nuts? It basically turns them into "Fire and forget"...

    Chaos is already obscenely strong. If they have to get a mechanic, is the creation of unique chaos through a different kind of dedication. For a variety of composition. They still have the best infantry, cavalry, monsters, and artillery.

    It has been stated around 4865 times already that chaos will be fully fleshed out in game 3.

    Im hoping for the ultimate legendary lord trip myself.

    Eliphas from Dawn of War was very enjoyable, especially cause of his final skill, my fav hood; demonhood.

    I want to ascent into full daemonomania. I want to defeat the enemy by taking over their officials and turning them to the dark gods. Furthermore get so powerful that i can cleave a rift in the warp, pull demons and champions straight from the wastes unto the battle field whilst im 10 feet tall. I want to teleport me and the entire enemy army within reach of Krakanrok then watch as they go mad while he devours them in his sleep.

    The age of the punys over, the age of Chaos has come. For real this time!!

    They need Ambush stance.

    Razed cities cannot be instantly resettled.

    Some new units.

    I think that Chaos Daemons can 'infest' unoccupied cities gaining temporary buffs. On the other hand they get debuffs in siege battles

    Norsca, WoC and Beastmen raze settlements while Daemons render them uninhabitable

    Skaven, Traitors (Morathi, Drycha and Kemmler) and Chaos Dwarfs however need new settlements showing that there is a conflict of interest amongst the Followers of Chaos

    Chaos is going to be very OP in Game 3. Drycha and Khazrak are going to cripple the Empire and Kislev before the other Chaos forces arrive!
