Is there any reason to take an Exalted Flamer over a Burning Chariot of Tzeentch?

  Cost? It's also pretty good vs infantry from the flanks, whereas chariot is mostly terrible vs infantry. Maybe if you can land it and fire from the flank from a flat angle like you would with an exalted flamer but then you might as well get the flamer.
  
  That been said I'm not a huge fan of either of these units. But I don't think chariot needs buffs, strong flying ranged units are cancer.
