Realms of Tzeentch teleport locus and movement bug

Can't believe this passed game testing - I have teleported to the penultimate teleport locus location in Tzeentch's realm. And yet, whenever I move, I am teleported BACK to the linked teleport locus, which also uses up all of my movement range.

If CA insist on using such a bad mechanic, teleport locus destinations need to be 'inactive' once you have travelled, and are stood in them, allowing you to move out of their range on your next turn. The Tzeentch realm in particular just punishes you for playing the game. Have they even played their own game?
