Well they actually expanded and tad altered the Dread Maw's lore making it a Chaos tainted creature which is very heavily hinted to have been created in Khuresh and send off into the wider world by the Naga Queens just to screw with the trade between the Western and Eastern nations of the Old World.

I don't actually think it's that much of a reach in general that Naga are going to be coming to Warhammer 3. Ind is lucky TBH: they just happen to be between Khuresh and everyone else. That's honestly the only reason I think we'll get Ind, and I hope they do a caste society with Tigermen on top of the pyramid.
