Can't be a host of an online game., cause no one can join me... When I create an online game, other

in Napoleon: Total War
When I create an online game, other players cannot join my room. The error they get says smth like this "error joining the game cause no connection to the total war server".
Everything had been alright until recently, when I decided to change an Internet provider;
I haven't an inkling as to why it happens; Might it be because of new Internet protocols my provider is using?;
I tried using vpn services but to no avail...
What shall I do?

    There is no game support on this forum. You should open a ticket with Sega Support, or in the Steam Forum area.
