Glitchs in Avatar Conquest?

I'm having Bow Ki level 9 and I want it to have 175 range so I joined a clan with Archery specialist. But still, the clan upgrading for range haven't unlock. Can somebody explain for me what I miss? :(
Thus, I think there's a glitch for samurai hero, they cannot resupply their arrow when I already captured the archery building, this happens all the time.:eek:
